“I’m fine” – but are you really?

“I’m fine.”

How often do we say these words—without actually checking in with ourselves? It becomes a reflex, a façade we hold up. In reality, we quickly shift the focus back: How are you?

But underneath, something very different might be going on.

How did I end up here?

Trauma doesn’t have to be a single dramatic event. It can also be accumulated stress over time—both physical and mental. Small drops that eventually make the body say stop.

That doesn’t mean anything is “wrong” with you. On the contrary—it’s an invitation. An opportunity to find your way back to yourself. Fully. 100%.

Two reels that say more than a thousand words

These two short IG Reels that are simply priceless when it comes to describing what I do—and what your body, mind, and soul are truly longing for.

They show how we often live in tension and over-performance, and how we can start to understand the body’s signals instead of fighting against them.

Feel free to share with someone who could use a little extra understanding—and a reminder that the body never lies.

And to top this magical subject off with a study :)

Ps: A study on the role of perfectionism in chronic fatigue.

Hey, you are not alone. We are in this together.
XO be more of you!
