The author of Tao Of Trauma - in Sweden April 2-4th 2027

✨ East Meets West – The Tao of Trauma Comes to Sweden ✨

What if healing isn't something we force, but something we allow?

I am beyond excited to share that the author of the brilliant book, The Tao of Trauma, Alaine Duncan, is coming to Sweden.

Alaine's work beautifully bridges Eastern wisdom and Western neuroscience, inviting us into what I like to call Interoception 2.0—a deeper relationship with our inner world, where we don't just notice our sensations, but learn to interact with them with curiosity, compassion, and presence.

This work has deeply influenced my own understanding of trauma, the nervous system, and what true healing can look like. The Tao of Trauma is more than a book; it's a guide back to the wisdom of the body.

I am incredibly grateful that Alaine has given me permission to be part of bringing this work and presentation to Sweden.

If you are curious about trauma healing, the nervous system, embodiment, and the meeting point between ancient wisdom and modern science, I wholeheartedly encourage you to explore her work.

Follow The Tao of Trauma on Instagram for inspiration, information, and guidance.

Something beautiful is coming. ✨
