Why pushing harder isn’t working…
When we experience multi complex symptoms - physical or emotional - it’s rarely a lack of willpower or motivation. It’s often a sign of something deeper:
👉 A dysregulated nervous system, stuck in survival mode (fight, flight, freeze).
👉 A body that no longer feels safe enough to relax, receive, or heal.
This can show up due to:
• Chronic stress (poor sleep, overworking, overtraining)
• Physical trauma (accidents, concussions, infections)
• Emotional trauma (neglect, loss, bullying, lack of support)
• Suppressed emotions and unmet needs
When your nervous system has been in survival mode for too long, it loses its rhythm and balance. It forgets how to come back to balance on its own. And that’s where this work comes in.

We can’t “biohack” our way to safety. Sure, tools like breathwork, meditation, and cold plunges help - but unless we work with the implicit memory of the body, where unprocessed stress and trauma are stored, we stay stuck.
But stuck doesn’t mean broken.
