We begin by looking at your whole system.

2. Three Personalised Body-Focused Sessions
Tension & Trauma Release (TRE) + nervous system regulation
Across 3x 1:1 sessions (online or in-person), we work directly with your nervous system.
You’ll experience:
Somatic and interoceptive awareness work
Gentle body-based regulation practices
Support in recognising survival patterns vs present safety
This is about teaching your body that it doesn’t have to brace anymore. You’ll leave with tools you can continue using, and a deeper understanding of how stress lives in you.

We begin with a deep dive into your body and biochemistry. Together, we’ll explore how your nervous system and physiology are showing up, identify patterns that are keeping you in tension, and uncover what your body truly needs. This is about seeing the whole picture: your biology, lifestyle, and nervous system, so we can work with it, not against it.

Release & Regulate
Next, we focus on practical, body-based work to help your nervous system unwind. Through TRE (Tension & Trauma Release) and personalised body-focused techniques, you’ll learn how to release stored tension safely and start feeling calmer, more grounded, and supported. These sessions give you tools to integrate between sessions, so the work continues in your daily life.

Integrate & Restore
Finally, we bring it all together. With a calmer nervous system and a deeper understanding of your body, you’ll refine habits around movement, rest, and nutrition, and begin to notice lasting shifts in energy, clarity, and ease. Your body will start recognising what’s safe, what’s real, and what belongs to old stress, helping you move through life with less tension and more flow.
