A Free Workshop on the Nervous System, Energy, and Why Recovery Sometimes Feels So Difficult

Perhaps you recognize the feeling. You are exhausted but cannot fully rest. You know what you "should" be doing, yet your body seems unwilling to come along. Sleep, energy, focus, motivation, and recovery suddenly feel much more complicated than they should. Many of us have learned to interpret this as a sign that we need to try harder, think differently, or become better at self-care. But what if your body is not the problem?

In this inspiring workshop, we will explore how the nervous system influences our energy, relationships, health, and ability to feel present in our lives. You will gain a deeper understanding of how stress, trauma, fascia, attachment patterns, and the body's biological systems work together—and why the body can continue to signal danger even when we logically know we are safe.

This is not another stress-management class. It is an invitation to understand yourself in a new way. You will leave with fresh insights, practical tools, and a deeper appreciation for the wisdom of your body. For many, this becomes the first step from fighting their body to partnering with it.
