From the outside, you might look calm and completely in control…
But inside, your mind rarely switches off, your energy crashes, and your body feels as though it is constantly preparing for the next demand.
You may already know that stress is affecting you. You may have tried meditation, breathing exercises, exercise or rest.
But when your nervous system has become used to operating in survival mode, understanding that you need to rest is rarely enough to create lasting change… You need somewhere to practise it.
This membership gives you the ongoing structure, guidance and community to understand your biology, work with your body and build nervous system skills that become part of how you live.
The Circle is always open, you can join at anytime.
It can support you before your first immersion, help you continue integrating the work afterwards, or simply be a practical first step to start understanding and regulating your nervous system.
This work is not only about knowing what to do. Over time, it becomes something you can feel in your body, in steadier energy, a greater ability to pause, and the way you respond when life becomes demanding.
Over time, you will begin to notice…
— Your energy feels steadier, without the same sharp spikes and crashes that leave you depleted
— You can think more clearly and make decisions without forcing yourself through mental fog or overwhelm
— Your body feels less tense and more able to settle and rest
— You notice stress sooner and have practical ways to support yourself before it takes over
— You can pause and respond to pressure rather than immediately reacting from it
— You feel more grounded, present and at home in your body, even during busy or challenging periods

Online Zoom group sessions (held every other Friday 12:00-13:00)
Meet online via Zoom with Louise and the group twice each month to learn, explore and practise nervous system regulation in real time. The sessions combine practical teaching, guided nervous system practices, reflection and space to ask questions about what you are experiencing.
Your practical toolkit library
Access a growing library of practices and resources designed to help you support your nervous system between sessions. Return to the tools whenever you need them, whether you have five minutes to reset during a demanding day or more time to explore what your body needs.
A self-paced online course
Build your understanding of the nervous system through clear, accessible lessons that you can work through in your own time. You will learn how to recognise your patterns, understand your energy and begin choosing practices that support your individual system.
A community that understands
You do not have to figure this out alone. The Circle brings together thoughtful, driven people who want to perform and contribute at a high level without sacrificing their health, energy or sense of self. It is a place to share, reflect and practise alongside people who understand that pressure is not always visible from the outside.
This is what a month inside the Circle looks like…
✓ Learn and understand
Explore a nervous system topic with Louise and begin recognising how it appears in your own body, behaviour and daily life.
✓ Practise together
Experience guided nervous system practices in a supported environment, with space to reflect, ask questions and adapt the work to your needs.
✓ Integrate between sessions
Use the course and toolkit library to continue practising at your own pace, so the work becomes something you can draw on in real life, not something you only think about during a session.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
This is perfect for you if…
— You are capable and high-performing, but your current pace no longer feels sustainable.
— You want ongoing support rather that supports you each month
— You understand the theory of stress and regulation but struggle to apply it consistently in everyday life.
— You want a practical framework that helps you understand your biology and respond to what your body needs.
— You value learning alongside a small, supportive group of people who understand high-performance pressure
— You are ready to practise, reflect and create change gradually rather than searching for another quick fix
— You want to begin now, with the option to explore Louise’s deeper and more immersive experiences later

I created The Nervous System Circle because I have seen how easy it is to understand what needs to change while still struggling to create that change alone.
After more than 20 years of working with the body, performance and human behaviour, I know that lasting transformation rarely comes from one dramatic breakthrough. It develops through awareness, repetition and the experience of feeling supported while you practise something new.
Inside the Circle, I will help you understand what your nervous system is communicating, explore practical ways to work with it and build a toolkit that fits your life.
This is not about doing everything perfectly. It is about becoming more connected to your body, more aware of what you need and more able to meet life from a regulated, resilient place.

Why ongoing support matters…
Nervous system regulation is not something you master once and never need to think about again. Your system changes with your workload, relationships, health, environment, and the different seasons of your life.
That is why the Circle offers consistent support rather than a single burst of information. The live sessions keep the work active. The course helps you understand what is happening. The toolkit gives you something practical to return to when life becomes demanding.
Over time, repetition creates familiarity. What once required a lot of thought can gradually become a more natural way of responding to yourself, your work and the world around you
