Before diving into the seasonal cycle, every member completes a concise, self-paced foundation module. This ensures everyone starts with the same understanding and tools to navigate the membership confidently.
You’ll cover:
What your nervous system is actually doing: the physiology behind stress, tension, and energy regulation.
States & regulation: understanding freeze, fight, flight, and rest-and-digest.
Window of capacity: recognising when you’re operating in flow versus overload.
HRV basics: how heart rate variability reflects your nervous system state.
Using this space: how to get the most from sessions, practices, and community.
The Five Elements framework: why we use this model and how it maps to your body and rhythm, the story of Heart & Freeze.
This module gives you a clear foundation to integrate the work immediately.

Once your foundation is complete, you move into the seasonal Element Cycle, designed to sync your nervous system with natural rhythms. Each element runs for 8-10 weeks, with all content available to revisit whenever you need.
Water - Protection: Build safety and deep rest before strategy. Freeze literacy, low HRV explained, and learning to pause without shame.
Wood - Engagement: Mobilise energy with clarity. Stress physiology, dopamine, anger & ambition, and moving forward without self-attack.
Fire - Love: Restore connection, coherence, and relational presence. Heart regulation and influence through calm.
Earth - Support: Integrate, receive, and belong. Gut-brain stability, attachment patterns, sustainable pacing.
