Step 1: Build Safety & Trust
We begin by creating a sense of safety - because healing can’t happen when your nervous system is stuck in survival mode. You’ll start to understand what safety means for you on a biological, lifestyle, and emotional level. We’ll introduce somatic practices, daily tracking, micropauses, and—if suitable - a first TRE (Tension & Trauma Release) session to gently start releasing stored stress.

Step 2: Cultivate Support & Regulation
With safety in place, we build support. These sessions deepen your ability to feel and respond to your inner world. You’ll explore parts work, strengthen interoceptive awareness, and learn somatic tools based on The Tao of Trauma. TRE becomes a home practice as we focus on recovery, coherence, and everyday regulation.

Step 3: Expand Capacity & Transform Patterns
Now we begin to shift long-held stress patterns. With a supported nervous system, your body can start to recognise what's old survival and what’s actually happening now. We refine your routines around sleep, rest, and nutrition, deepen your somatic practice, and help you stay regulated - even in more activating situations - so lasting change becomes possible.
